INTERLOCK METAL HOSE, like corrugated hose, is available in many
sizes, styles and materials. Standard sizes range from 1/2”ID to
16”ID, with other special diameters available. Galvanized steel,
stainless steel and aluminum are the most common metals with wall
thicknesses of 0.010” to 0.030”. There is also an optional
internal smooth-bore liner, along with multiple “packing
materials”, all of which offer you our customer with the “custom”
interlock hose, designed to give your application many years of
service. METALFLEX can attach many different fittings: cam and
groove, pipe thread, flanges, and sanitary fittings just to name a
few.
Interlock can be used in numerous applications. Dust and fume
removal, engine exhaust, ducting for heaters, fly ash removal,
protective shielding and armor, hot air blower/suction, gas and
semi-solid transfer, and for bulk unloading and loading of grains,
pellets and powders.
